She was just 5 when she became the youngest contestant in history to qualify for the Scripps National Spelling Bee, which begins May 28.

In March, before her sixth birthday, Fuller beat more than 50 children to win the Green Country Regional Spelling Bee in Oklahoma after correctly spelling the word “jnana.”

The word means knowledge acquired through meditation, according to Dictionary.com.

The 2017 Scripps Spelling Bee will take place on May 31-June 1 in Washington D.C. and will be televised on ESPN.
